Glasstech aftermarket services include:
Retrofits – These enhancements to existing Glasstech systems include extensions to increase capacity, options to accommodate a wider range of products or glass thicknesses, hardware and software updates, replacements for obsolete contracts and drives, and energy-conservation packages.

Replacement (Spare) Parts – Using genuine replacement parts for original Glasstech systems ensures compatibility and optimum performance. By purchasing spare parts from Glasstech, customers can save time and take advantage of the convenience of ordering directly from Glasstech.
Aftermarket Service – Glasstech offers technical service and support to keep systems running at top performance levels. This includes advising customers on options for increasing productivity, conserving energy and improving the flexibility of the Glasstech system, plus providing access to Glasstech’s technical experts. New operator training is available as well.
Tooling – Glasstech offers comprehensive tooling design, manufacturing prove-out and on-site assistance services, particularity for DB 4™ and EPB™ customers.
Shape Modeler® – This software package lets processors analyze data to predict and determine how to produce the highest quality glass parts, without cutting glass or using bending equipment.
Prototype Services – Allows customers to evaluate glass parts which have been produced on a Glasstech system – before the equipment or tooling is purchased and delivered to the site.
