Support Services

Glasstech provides a one-year warranty on all systems and will replace any defective components free of charge, irrespective of the number of hours operated, during the first year.

Following a successful commissioning of a system, Glasstech's aftermarket sales personnel will provide retrofit, tooling and replacement part support, and Glasstech's customer service personnel are available for routine servicing, system audits and updates, plus refresher operator training.

Glasstech's contract services program allows customers to design their own service-support package and obtain priority access to Glasstech's technical support facility.

Service is available on a 24-hour phone or fax basis.
